Making A Purchase
Ordering and Checkout Our site is conveniently divided up into different games formats or categories. Each format page then feature sub-sections. We have a sophisticated 'Search' engine which can be used by typing all or part of a product name into the box and clicking 'Search'. When you have found the product you want simply click the 'Add Cart' button. That adds the goods to your basket. When you have finished shopping, click the 'Checkout' button and you will be guided through the secure payment process. Orders All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Product pricing is correct at the time of entering the information. However, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Acknowledgement of Order When you have completed the order, your details will be confirmed as part of the payment process prior to dispatch. This confirmation will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and any P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful, you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Please note that when you place an order, PNA Games will acknowledge it, but reserve the right to notify you if the price has been incorrectly featured, and amend the charge to you accordingly. Should you not wish to proceed with the transaction at the new price your order will be cancelled and you will incur no charge. Payment All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Pre Orders You can pre-order games (i.e. order games before their release date) with PNA Games. We normally receive stocks for pre orders 1-2 days before the release. Your card is not charged until the goods leave our warehouse.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping Methods Deliver is FREE in UK and we use a combination of First Class post and 'Recorded Delivery' depending on the size and value of the package. Games sent via 'Recorded Delivery' will require a signature. Delivery to alternative addresses We class your 'billing address' as the address your credit/debit card statements are sent to. This is the default address to which we send your goods. However, in some instances you might want to send the items you order to a different address (e.g. you might want to receive the goods at work, or you might want to send gifts directly to a recipient). PNA Games are happy to do this for you at no extra charge - all you do is complete the relevant details in the checkout process. Shipping Countries. The shipping to Euroepan countires is sent by airmail, however particular countries operate the custom inspection on occasion.

Delivery Schedule
Timescale We would expect to ship it within 24 working hours. These orders should therefore be received within 3-5 working days in UK and 7-10 working days in EU countries. Delivery The order may be dispatched in separate packages subject to availability of the items consisting the order. Reaching Us
PNA Games endeavors to respond to all emails within 48 hours in the working week. We do occasionally find that some of our reply emails have trouble getting through to the recipients email box. Returns Procedures
To return goods, please contact our Customer Services Team to request a 'Returns Authorisation' number via email. Goods should not be returned without this number.
Please note that you will be responsible for all costs of returning the goods to us unless we deliver an item to you in error or the item is faulty. Please ensure that goods are returned within seven working days of you receiving your Returns Authorisation from us.
Faulty Goods / Incorrect Goods Delivered
You will be offered a replacement or full refund once we have received the returned goods and tested them. Any item returned as faulty that appears to us to be operationally sound (or faulty as a result of any form of misuse) will not be approved for refund or replacement.
Returns Policy Summary
If you need to return your goods please follow our 3-Point Returns Policy:
1) Any product can be returned for a refund for whatever reason as long as the product is returned in its original condition and we are notified within 7 days of you receiving it. Please ensure that products have unopened packaging and/or seals, unless the item is faulty.
2) A Returns Authority number is required BEFORE any goods are returned. This can be requested by email
3) You can return items which are unwanted within seven days of receiving them. These must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be issued at our discretion and are subject to the £4 or 15% of products value (whichever less) administration and processing charge. All returns are checked and tested - if your return is found to be used or opened, we are unable to refund your account. Please note that any postage costs are non refundable.
