Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the money paid minus our restocking fee. If we have sent you an incorrect item we will exchange the item free of charge and also provide you with store credit for the return postage.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to destinations outside Europe. PS3, PS2, Nintendo Wii and X-Box 360 games are compatible with region 2 consoles.
